ADA Accommodations
ADA accommodations are available upon request. Requests are required at least 14 days prior to the course or program start date.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
For programs, cancellations made prior to three days (72 hours) before the event will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event will be given a refund of half of the registration fee. Refunds will NOT be granted for cancellation requests made on the day of the event.
For courses, up to one month before a course starts there will be a full course refund less a $50 administrative fee. Less than one month before a course starts there will be a $50 administrative fee and the payment will be applied to a future course. Once a class starts, there will be no refunds. Extraordinary circumstances will be reviewed on an individual basis.
Complaint and Grievance Procedure
CPPNJ is fully committed to conducting all activities in strict conformance with the ethical principles of psychology, social work and professional counseling. CPPNJ will comply with all legal and ethical responsibilities to be non-discriminatory in promotional activities, program content and in the treatment of program participants.
While CPPNJ goes to great lengths to assure fair treatment for all participants and attempts to anticipate problems, there will be occasional issues which come to the attention of the continuing education staff responsible for a given program or to an officer of CPPNJ. CPPNJ will make every effort to resolve these problems.
In such cases, please contact the Director of CPPNJ for help in making and resolving a grievance. This contact may be made by phone, email or mail to CPPNJ. Complaints and grievances will be reviewed by the appropriate program administrator and responded to within one month.
