Training

For many clinicians, psychodynamic training opens the door to a career that is both deeply rewarding and sustainable. It offers flexibility, depth, and a sense of purpose that continues to unfold over time—work that remains engaging, human, and alive throughout a long professional life.

Training in psychodynamic techniques invites clinicians into a way of working that goes beyond symptoms and strategies. It asks us to listen closely to deep emotions—our clients’ and our own—and to use that emotional experience as a source of understanding and long-term change.  This training also offers in depth exploration of how lifelong relational experience organizes a person’s sense of self and of the world.  The approach moves between the inner world and the lived world in understanding how we all become the people we are.

If you’re drawn to work that values emotional depth, reflection and genuine transformation, psychodynamic training can be a powerful next step.
